April 2026 5.00The cabin was so cozy and had tons of things for us to do. We never needed to leave because it was so well equipped. The river was stunning! Our family had a great time!

April 2026 5.00We had a great Spring Break staying at Chelsea’s place. The house was well stocked and we appreciated all the amenities at home. It was plenty large enough for two families and their kids, the bunk was room very spacious. We did not get a chance to check out the rec center it was farther away than I realized! There was so much to do at the house the kids did not even notice that we never made it to the pool. Downtown Ellijay was a short and easy drive away, grocery stores are also nearby or delivery was not a problem. The beds were super comfortable as well. We hope to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the river more.

March 2026 5.00We absolutely could not have had a better stay! Living waters lodge was absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need already there. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days and barely left the resort and we have zero complaints . The kids enjoyed playing outside on the play set, splashing in the creek, enjoying family games of baseball in the backyard and roasting marshmallows more than anything. It was so relaxing and such a breath of fresh air from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and from the go go go of ordinary vacation spots. Chelsea was super great, very responsive and provided so many extras! The smores station and the ice cream maker in the cabin were a huge hit. We will definitely be back! If you’re looking at living waters lodge for your next vacation! Do yourself a favor and JUST BOOK IT!!!

March 2026 5.00This cabin was absolutely perfect! We had two families together and the cousins played from sun up to sun down! So many activities for our kids ranging from ages 1-12. The river was way bigger than we thought and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us. I loved the fenced in yard! My bernedoodle puppy was in heaven! It felt like a home with proper pans etc, blankets, and even s’mores! She was super responsive anytime I asked her a question! The kids are already begging to go back this summer!

March 2026 5.00This home is so much fun! Perfect location, on the River, close to many amenities and great restaurants. It is a perfect place for families to enjoy or just a short weekend get away. Chelsea was very responsive and caring to make sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The place is very clean, decor perfect for a river house and amenities for entertainment while staying inside was like a play-center. No time for boredom! Thank you for offering your home to our family!

February 2026 5.00Our family loved Chelsea’s river cabin. I have 6 kids and there was something for all of us at the cabin. It felt so cozy and peaceful there and we enjoyed fishing in the river. We spent time as a family playing games, fishing, talking, eating, etc. The way Chelsea has the cabin set up and her accommodations make family time an absolute. I definitely recommend her cabin.

January 2026 5.00Chelsea is super attentive and responds very quickly even at night! The house looked exactly like the photos with lots of activities available right there to keep you or kids busy day and night. The river is literally the boundary of the yard. We saw so many deer just lounging in yards every day. The house is totally fenced in and you can drive right in and shut the gate behind you if you want so if you have a pup you don’t have to worry about them running off into the woods. Even though this place is pet friendly, which we appreciate, you would never know it by the furnishings and the cleanliness of everything. We highly recommend and would stay there again.
