Riveredge Escape Cabin

We had a terrific time at Riveredge Escape Cabin! The cabin sits right on one of the most beautiful portions of the river that is wider than other sections allowing for a swallower and very kid friendly section to play in all day. The cabin came equipped with tubes, kayaks, kids life jackets, towels, fire wood, and really anything you could want in a cabin setting. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful cabin and property. The views and the sound of the river were incredible! Chelsea was a great host and her cabin had everything we needed for our family vacation. This cabin had something for everyone. Our favorite parts were fishing, kayaking, smores at the fire pit, the swing set, and the hot tub. Also, we really enjoyed visiting the resort amenities during our stay.

We had an incredible stay at this cabin! The view is easily one of the best in all of North Georgia…absolutely breathtaking and something you could sit and enjoy all day. The outdoor area is amazing and clearly designed for relaxing and spending time together. Everything about the cabin feels thoughtfully planned, and you can tell the hosts really considered what guests might need. We didn’t feel like we had to bring much of anything because it was all there. The cabin was spotless, the beds and linens were extremely comfortable, and the whole place felt cozy and welcoming. Our kids absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a mountain getaway with incredible views, a great outdoor space, and a well-equipped, comfortable cabin, this place is a gem. We’d definitely come back!

Chelsea has everything we needed for a weekend getaway with the family and two small kids. This place was so kid friendly! The location was beautiful and Chelsea was so accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house on the water! The kids loved the swing set and fire. We went to the local apple orchard about 28 minutes away. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Cabin was great, river lot is stunning. Our kids had a blast wading, fishing, and playing in the kayaks. Wonderful family getaway. Cabin was well stocked. Will book this place again if we revisit Elijay

Great place to bring a family very kid friendly and fun river views

Chelsea’s place is beautiful and it had everything we needed to a much needed trip away. The house is stunning. The river is perfect to play and splash in. It was so peaceful. Chelsea gave us great recommendations in the area and was always quick to respond if we had a question.

This was an absolutely amazing place to spend time with family! Chelsea nailed it! The surroundings were beautiful and there was so much to do. I really liked this place because the smallest things that a lot of hosts may not take into consideration were perfect. Literally down to the quality of the paper towels. The deck had a nice relaxing view and nice Komodo Joe smoker. We saw deer that came pretty close and a mama bear and 3 cubs the morning we left. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Would definitely stay again. Thank you Chelsea!

We had a great trip and enjoyed the house tremendously! Sitting on the swing overlooking the river was one of our favorite spots! It was great to have basic staples provided so we didn’t have to worry about those until we needed to! (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry/dishwasher pods, extra roll of paper towels, etc). We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Ellijay!

The cabin was an amazing escape for our family, with amazing scenery and tons to do without leaving the property! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin in Ellijay! The place was cozy, clean, and very well-stocked—we had no trouble finding anything we needed. The amenities at the resort were incredible, from putt-putt to both indoor and outdoor pools. There was truly something for everyone. We did run into a couple of small issues (like figuring out the downstairs shower and the fan in the living room), but Chelsea responded immediately and everything was resolved super quickly. Her communication was top-notch! 10/10 would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! PERFECT Vacation Home & Location for Families!! Chelsea's cabin had EVERYTHING you could want/need for a family vacation. From the complimentary S'mores supplies to a secret playroom equipped with toys; from kayaks, river tubes, and fishing gear to corn hole, RC cars, and water guns Chelsea provided us with all of our vacation needs. We were immediately welcomed by easy entry instructions, cozy beds, and a well stocked pantry. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed fun and adventure by the river during the day and relaxation by the fire pit at night. It is easy to tell that Chelsea wants her guests to enjoy their cabin as much as her family does. She thought of everything; there were things for all of our 5 children (ages 1 though 9) - highchair, legos, stuffed animals, board games, and an xbox. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying at Riveredge Escape Cabin again and will DEFINITELY recommend this as a vacation home for our friends and family.

Chelsea was an excellent host who was always very on top of communication. She was proactive and always provided the information we needed, including festivities going on for the holiday weekend in her Cabin's neighborhood. She was very nice and willing to accommodate an early check-in. House was just as pictured and the backyard is wonderful. Right on the river, beautiful play area for kids and huge trees providing shade during the hot summer months. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials and nice extra touches like shampoo & body wash. Would definitely recommend her place. We have a mid-sized SUV and would recommend using an SUV to more easily get to her place.

We had a wonderful time! Our kids absolutely loved the playground! They had a smores station for us which was such a nice touch! Everything was wonderful! We loved our time here!

WOW such a great escape from the city with our family and friends. Being able to play, eat, and just have a cup of coffee outside and listen to the sounds of the river was so peaceful. Chelsea did everything possible to make our trip great- including ordering fishing rods and a tackle box so my young son could experience fishing for the first time. Also the Blackstone grill was a huge surprise for us and we used it to grill almost every meal!

This was the perfect location for a family getaway! The views are beautiful and it provided the perfect mix of fun and relaxation for our family of 5!

Amazing house for the whole family!

We had a great visit at this cabin! The host was extremely responsive before and during our stay which really helped in ensuring that we had a great getaway! The cabin had everything you could ever need, just show up with food and clothes!! The outdoor space was perfect for kids and really helped pass the time with so many things to do outdoors. We also utilized the resort pass and the kids loved the indoor pool. If clean, kid friendly, and near the water is what you are looking for this is a great option.

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb! The river and views were absolutely breathtaking, and the owner left no detail untouched. The beds, blankets, and pillows were so comfortable—I truly felt right at home. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, and then some. Our 2-year-old absolutely loved the swingset, and to top it off, the host went above and beyond by providing a toddler swing for our baby, which made the experience even more special. The whole stay was wonderful, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making everything run smoothly. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend this place—it’s the perfect getaway.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. Peaceful, relaxing, enjoyable for kids and adults, quiet, a true hidden gem. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs in North Georgia and this one is by far my favorite. Our host Chelsea was so amazing and accommodating. Just go ahead and hit the book button. You won’t be disappointed.

They thought of everything. You almost don’t need anything except your groceries. This is an amazing place and we can’t wait to visit again in summer when we can get in the river.
